Norris & Tunstall Consulting Engineers, P.C. is a civil engineering and design firm with offices in Wilmington and Brunswick County, N.C. The firm evolved from Andrew & Kuske Consulting Engineers, Inc., which was chartered in Wilmington in 1983.
